In this video I got over crafting and upgrading of iconic weapons. The way this works has completely changed here in cyberpunk 2.0, with some changes just coming in at 2.02. Hope you all enjoyed!

FYI I am not sure if this is a YouTube thing or a new factor you should know about BUT when I "Liked" this video it didn't count for 28 seconds.
That's a LONG time TBH.
Hope that isn't a new thing for y'all.
Dont get me wrong iconics are very cool and powerful weapons but to me some regular variant of the iconic same weapon type thats has better stats or more mod slots that make it better
Do Tier 5++ craft specs even exist?
One thing too is that tier 5++ weapons break down to 15 tier 5 components, but a tier 5 or 5+ only breaks down to 5 or 7.
I will sell the lower tiers and break down the tier5++ only depending on current needs.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Comprehesive analysis all in one place. How refreshing. BTW I wrote down notes based on this vid so I could refer to it while playing. Because my memory is shit. I'm old, don't judge me!
unless i am missing something… i dont notice any stat changes when i upgrade from 5+ to 5++. Its a 200 component cost but no changes? anyone have some insight?
Another important point: If you look at items in your Backpack (the top slot in the lower-right corner of your Character tab), and you mouse over something, you will see how many components you will get when you break it down. The crafting components are shown in the upper-left corner of the same screen as the Backpack.
Speaking of the iconics, none of the wikis are up to date like the Guts now has a anarchy like effect per kill, more damage but less accuracy
