  1. I really do think you have some mod interactions or your SSD is acting up on you. I've gone entire 60 hour playthroughs without a single hiccup of ANY kind. It's definitely odd that you're seeing so many in a short period of time. Especially when if I recall you didn't have many in the first portion of your playthrough.

  2. Ahh! You missed checking some rooms in the club, there's one interesting thing in there (to me it was interesting 😅)
Cant wait to see your reaction to PL (it's a cinematic masterpiece)
Also agree with you, first person pov is brilliant, and even now after finishing the game, it's still exciting to see you play!

  3. 1:31:22 By “engine” they mean the whole locomotive; that whole thing’s the “engine”, in train parlance. So it’s not that the corp came and removed bits of it, it’s that they lied about doing anything at all, and just left it to rot, environmental hazard and all. Because of course they did.

  4. So many things to do that let showing up, i got so distracted playing the first time i had partially completed so many missions lol i would just go from the middle of one to starting whatever popped up on the the way

  5. As odd as this might sound I think I experienced more bugs in the more recent updates than I did upon release. I dont remember the guitar players playing over each other at the nomad camp on my very first play through, but they have also been there since at least 1.6. The car rides as passenger have never been perfect either, especially when River is driving.

  6. As another comment has said, I would say that I'd recommend to hold off until the later stages of the game to do Phantom Liberty, largely because it's an entire thing of it's own (story wise as well), but it's up to you. The game is designed for you to jump into it anytime.

I actually like PL more than the entire base game! Excited for when it does come up.

  7. You hit the nail on the head with regard to consoles dragging games down. There are so many titles for PC that could be so much more if they weren't hamstrung by the limitations that consoles introduce. From limited memory, crappy UIs, underpowered GPUs and even having to make sure that a game's controls can be condensed to the amount of buttons available on a controller. I've also seen PC only games that later went to console which led to the PC versions being worsened for it as a result.

Or you can see it with the original Deus Ex vs Deus Ex 2, where you once had sprawling maps you could explore on the first game that was meant for PC, to suddenly everything being nothing but claustrophobic maps with an absurd amount of loading screens in the second one because of the limitations that xbox had.

  8. It seems the latest update (2.12) have messed up some of the game's scripting, so a lot of scenes are a lot messier, NPCs teleporting, characters sinking below the map, floating cars, I finished the game on 1.63, and Phantom Liberty seems solid so far, but I guess the base game got a little wonky after 2.0, I hope they release at least one more update to iron out these relatively minor issues, because they definitely hurt immersion.

  9. Mapo went a long way from trying to be stealthy and more careful in the beginning (first cyberpunk videos) and now it’s becoming pure chaos and killing everyone 😅 no interrogations, no excuses, incapacitate the Animal boss-optional? NO! all must die lol

  10. You shouldn't wait till the end with starting Phantom Liberty content, because it unlocks a huge area of Night City, with new gigs, side quests, gear and new activities like car delivery missions which take place in the entire city. The main story quest in there is not that long and is more like a huge side questline similar to those of Panam or Judy and you will be able to take breaks between missions and come back to them later. No time pressure at all. In fact you will have to sometimes wait a few days and do other stuff before you will able to progress some parts of the quest there.

  11. i've been replaying cyberpunk recently, latest patch, unmodded, and youre not alone on the bugs, ive seen numerous. dont get me wrong, far fewer bugs than at launch, but still more than id expect after 4 years of updates

  12. Probably been mentioned before but don't wait to long to play Phantom. Some of the items in it are great, but if you play it last, you won't have much use/fun with them. 🙂

  13. Yeah man, I love Panam's sniper too. Although I only ever use it in stealthy situations like you did around 22:00, and never in full blown combat because, like you noted, it takes a while to reload.

  14. There is a working mod that let's you switch to 3rd person (JB TPP mod). But it's only good for walking around without fighting (would need alot of custom animations for the body for that). When you pull out a gun it will auto change to FPP view. The one bug with it is that it will disable your portable radio (radio in vehicles works just fine).

  15. Mapo has finished 55-65% of the main quests by now, but only did 10% of the gigs lmao. Later episodes will be just him doing gigs and nothing more. It's gonna be Dragon Age Inquisition all over again.

  16. Yeah it may be a little hard to gage how much content is left, i know i certainly found it tough to figure out, but worry not, theres still heaps of content left and as im sure youve heard the best in this game comes thru side content, its just the main quest is quite short wich can make it confusing.

  17. gotta say, seems you are my kinda of gamer when it comes to driving in games, for some odd reason im the type to follow driving rules lmao, even with ridiculous ai like gta and cbp. Seems to be a pretty uncomon way of playing, all the lets plays i've seen people drive like crazy running over and crashing, wich is fun too ofc but dunno, brakes my immersion i guess. Theres something about a chill drive thru the foggy rainy streets of night city lisenening to the pacific dreams radio, Such a vibe.

  18. You're not getting criticals because you're not hitting them in the head, you have a perk that literally has 100% crit chance when you hit the head, but the knife has a "bulletdrop" and that's why you're missing, why hasn't anyone pointed that out?

  19. Dude, the amount of bugs you get with characters teleporting or glitching through terrain and stuff is wild. It's like watching a friend I've recommended a game I love to, and them being like "dude this shit is so buggy" when I didn't encounter any of these kinds of issues, and I played at launch before the game was "fixed". Maybe a reinstall might be a good idea?

  20. There is a VR Mod for Cyberpunk, it's not completely for free but just 10$. There are also several videos on how to use the mod properly so that you are in real VR and not just virtual desktop. 🙂

  21. 51:31 What's also cool is how even UI is immersive because it's actually displayed on your cornea, and you can see how UI is at a angle near left and right sides of your screen

  22. Definitely something funky going on in the background with your NPC pathing both on foot and in vehicles. Regardless if you find a solution I hope it doesn’t impact your enjoyment too much. Really great to have this play through back Mapo!
