Me, just having built a friend a replacement PC with a 3800XT after she lost all her stuff in the CA fires: "It was the last CPU available for MSRP at the time! 12GB on the mobile 3060 is not really surprising, not the first time an Nvidia GPU ships with more memory on its mobile variant, I own an Acer laptop with a 4GB 1050 (desktop has 2GB)
Wasn't the Cyberpunkt lawsuit filed in California? How much can it even do from there? CDPR is Polish, after all.

How would intel outsourcing manufacturing (which would go to TSMC) reduce US dependence on Asian manufacturing? It literally does the opposite. Global foundries is US and German based, but offer worse tech than Intel's fabs.
