Clearly this game is on unfinished state, there is so many locked area, and some area that cannot revisited because of the storyline progression, so much wasted potential on this game, and that makes me really sad

Kind of sad they did not actually build at least a part of the club. That being said most clubs and venues seem to be closed in Night City. LICKS and ELGUAPO etc. (Not sure if "El Guapo" is more like a brand than a club, but anyways).
