Cyberpunk 2077 is an action role-playing video game developed and published by CD Projekt Red. It is scheduled to be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, Stadia, and Xbox One on 10 December 2020, and for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2021. The story takes place in Night City, an open world set in the Cyberpunk universe. Players assume the first-person perspective of a customizable mercenary known as V, who can acquire skills in hacking and machinery with options for melee and ranged combat.

Cyberpunk 2077 is played in a first-person perspective as V, a mercenary whose voice, face, hairstyles, body type and modifications, background, and clothing are customizable. Stat categories—Body, Intelligence, Reflexes, Technical, and Cool—are influenced by the character classes that players assume, which are NetRunner (hacking), Techie (machinery), and Solo (combat). V must consult a “ripperdoc” to upgrade and purchase cyberware implants; black markets offer military-grade abilities. The rarity of any given equipment is shown by a coloured tier system. V can take cover, aim, run, jump, double jump, and slide. Melee strikes can be dealt with close-combat weapons. There are three types of ranged weapons, all of which can be customised and modified—Power (standard), Tech (which penetrate walls and enemies), and Smart (with homing bullets). Ranged weapons are equipped to ricochet bullets in a target’s direction and slow them down in bullet time. Four types of damage can be inflicted and resisted—Physical, Thermal, EMP, and Chemical. Weapon use increases accuracy and reloading speed, which are manifested in character animations. Gunsmiths repair and upgrade weapons. The game can be completed without killing anyone, with non-lethal options for weapons and cyberware.

Night City is an American megacity in the Free State of North California, controlled by corporations and unassailed by the laws of both country and state. It sees conflict from rampant gang wars and its ruling entities contending for dominance. The city is reliant on robotics for everyday aspects like waste collection, maintenance, and public transportation.

  2. Do not choose stone cold killer. After 50 kills it it will switch to puppy loving pacifist and stay that way forever. If you choose pacifist first then after 50 kills it switches to killer and stays that way forever.

  5. I found skippy on accident, didn't know what was that gun, so I made the mistake of choosing the "cold killer" option. Now it is kinda garbage, as it takes too many bullets to kill someone and the TTK is far too high. Just wanted to share my pain, not that anybody asked or anything… I am that dumb?

  8. 7:34 you are wrong. all the mods for weapons and armor are fcked up… if you put for example 2x 100 armor mod into one clothing piece, it will say +200 armor, +200 armor. but the total stats will only change by 200 in total.

    you put in +7 and +6 damage (which is PER SHOT). so each projectile deals +13 damage, which can be seen below the dps stat. the dps changed probably by the amount, that the mod slots now show. but only x1, not added up. which is true if you watch the numbers if you install mods, dps went from 400 to 423 and the mods show +23 damage. the damage per shot went from 30-36 to 41-51 which is about +13 average.

    but it did NOT scale the mods you put in. i though l´by level 24 you should have figured out how mods work by yourself…

    pro tipp: the flat +7 damage (crunch mod) is not worth it for high damage per shot weapons such as snipers. you should use crit chance or crit damage if you are already reaching almost 100% crit chance.

  10. and then…spoilers…he arbitrarily decides to turn into a literal puppy loving pacifist and you are asked to return him to Regina where you hand him over for a few thousand Eddie’s and some xp. The best gun in the game ruined…twice…

  14. So i dont know if it is just me, but has anyone encountered the bug where there is an exclamation mark on the top right corner of a weapon in your inventory. And then what happens is if you want to sell it or store the weapon, it doesnt appear in the inventory to store it, but when you just open your inventory, it is there and usable. Is this fixable?

  15. Made for console children (cringe kids humor & even more aggressive auto-aim) and FAAAAAAR from the best weapon in the game, I feel bad for anyone thinking it actually is the best gun, its not & the whole 'levels with player' aspect is pointless when you can find better guns everywhere
