With the Phantom Liberty DLC, there are 25 vehicles that can be obtained by completing missions or completing them a certain way. Two of them can also be purchased from an Autofixer terminal if they are missed. Technically you need to be on the Nomad lifepath to get every vehicle, in particular the Thorton Galena “Rattler”, plus there are two versions of Jackie’s’ bike. The better version, Jackie’s Tuned ARCH, requires the Nomad lifepath to obtain.
The remaining 48 vehicles can be purchased from Autofixer terminals. The ones in the base game require a certain level of Street Cred (up to 50) or the completion of specific missions. The vehicles added in Phantom Liberty require completing up to 15 vehicle contracts for El Capitan (marked by a blue steering wheel icon on the map) as part of ‘Push It to the Limit’ and subsequent ‘Just Another Story’ gigs.
