how you do this? i have the same GPU and a i5 9400f and i'm getting like 10fps in crowded areas with ou the settings on low and 720p. I've already tried a lot of fixes but nothing seems to work
Should have tried 900p i think on medium settings with high textures and high crowd it would run perfect

I'm getting between 30 and 46 FPS on low to medium settings (went with game defaults). Using Ryzen 5 3600XT, 16 GB 3600MHz RAM, and EVGA GTX 970 SSC. Definitely playable.

I set up 720p medium and high and use losslessscailing to extend to 1080p and feel it doesn’t lose too much graphic comparing to 1080p native
