U need to Lower Crowd Density to get Better FPS.
Many people , You think Crowd density depends on CPU.
But, it depends mainly on your GPU speed and Vram.
Only Other players density in MMORPG and Battleroyal games depends on CPU.
NPC density is dependent on GPU.

also try Dynamic Resolution as well. It uses FSR as well
FSR ultra quality aqtually renders at 831p and upscale it to 1080p while it still looks better than native 900p. I don't understand why disable it and go for native900p :/
