  1. While NIS does generate new resolutions in Cyberpunk 2077 once it's enabled, it doesn't work properly because the game doesn't run in exclusive fullscreen. To get the NIS benefits, you need to set your desktop resolution to match the in-game resolution. I tried it out, and the only way to get the green NIS overlay element in the upper left corner (and to actually notice the scaling & sharpening) is to do the aforementioned.
