  1. Cyberpunk was always a good game it’s just low end users who are crying who wants high end experience in their low end garbage glad to see pc players loving the game no one cares about some sore losers consoles

  2. I wonder if the Cyberpunk expansion will bring about more changes to the engine of the base game too. 🤔 Not sure how that went with the Witcher's development. But as they do more things with the engine it'll be interesting to see how the engine develops from here.

  3. You said you expect the next-gen version of TW3 to release maybe in August 2022 but would June be the most distant possible release date for since that it's the end of Q2?

  4. I want this game to succeed in the next gen system verse, don't care about haters calling me a simp for "defending my purchase", I got it on sale really cheap, at least cdpr are supporting modders instead of crucifying them like that rocular popstar games company, also pc is best way to play now, hope my ps5 and series X cyber punks also have an epic experience in q1 2022

  5. As a fan of GOG just as much as I'm a fan of CDPR, I really hope the "reorganization" they talked about doesn't mean anything too negative. I also really hope the expansion doesn't take THAT long, I've been patient but I'm ready for more content lol. My guess is that they'd save the "missing features" and cut content for the expansions, to add to the marketability of the expansions. I'd love to have more housing options, in particular.

In general, CD Projekt is my favorite company in the industry right now and I wish them nothing but success!

  6. My worry is that Cyberpunk whithers and fades away. It deserves more attention, and is a huge concept for a game. I haven't had much of a negative experience as some others have. It was never an "unplayable" game to me. I have found one or two work arounds that others had issues with. That being said, it does have a lot of open areas that feel lacking, or missing. Hopefully the next gen release coincides with a real dlc, and not just a couple of post game items.

  7. LKM , I love a realistic and pragmatic approach that sees shit for what it is. No rose colored glasses, no projecting of hopeful wishes and wants, just calls things as they are. Thank you for that approach, it’s a good one👊
My pragmatic approach to the release of The next Witcher game… I think you’re looking at a time frame somewhere around oh 2032. Just based off the Witcher trilogy and then of course development of paid expansions you can ascertain the same approach to cyberpunk development from here on out… So the first New Witcher game probably won’t show up for another 10 to 12 years. Assuming they are trying to go the same route as they did with the Witcher trilogy for the first Witcher game, and then assassin’s of kings, and then wild hunt, and then expansions.

When it comes to the multiplayer cyberpunk, I personally have no interest in that. This is a company that makes single player experiences, and I do not fault them for wanting to branch out into trending and profitable areas, I get it. But a company that does multiplayer experiences is going to typically make a good multiplayer experience. A company that does single player experiences will typically make a good single player experience. You’re good at where are you invest your time and do repeatedly or consistently. So to branch out into the multiplayer field, it could be decent but it’s more than likely going to be lacking in very many areas. I doubt they’re going to be able to pull off a rockstar GTA online version of cyber punk, and unless they can hit that degree at the very bare minimum with their cyber punk multiplayer, it will only be compared to what is better. I would just prefer they stick with what they’re good at in perfecting it, making it better and better, improving it, innovating in that field an area that they typically work in, etc. So they can scrap the cyber punk multiplayer for all I care, but that’s just me

  8. Biggest, by far, DLC would be NG+ , and then character customization. The rest is all new outfits and some gear here and there, and even then its as likely to be part of the 1st expansion.

Expansions… yeah not even gonna speculate.

And yeah new Witcher project is probably at least a half decade away and we probably won't hear shit about it till its ready.

Online… meh. :p I've never cared about it. But yeah if its on the docket its definitely at the end of production at best.

Put it aside, and move on with your life.

Cyberpunk sequel is probably a decade out. Maybe, MAYBE 8 years.

Overall its good to see CDPR keeping up the positive movement. Its nice to see they are shifting into expansion production for C77 and thst their other projects are still full steam ahead.

  9. IDK about the expansion date you threw out there. All we know is it is not before 1.5 NG update. And why are they wasting so much resources on Gwent? The acquisitions were good but the Gwent stuff does not inspire confidence in management.

  10. What are the chances that third person gameplay gets patched in to Cyberpunk by the end of its lifespan the way GTA got first person?

Or at least, maybe the multiplayer game gets third person camera?

  11. I hope Next Gen version is the competed game finished product and they addressed the empty feeling in the game it would be unfair to leave it barebones with no added content the base game should stand on its own the 2 payed expansion's like the Witcher 3 should be added places like the Witcher 3

  12. Just wish they would turn their attention and focus to the next Witcher game. IMO they need to get back to their bread and butter and give their customers something to really look forward to. I think 2077 is a decent game (on PC). I'll play the expansions, but I'm not captivated by the world and the gameplay. The Witcher is my favorite series in gaming and I think it's a mistake to wait years and years to produce a new game.

  13. I'm afraid they're just not as talented than during the w1-2-3 era. They lost a loooot of people. Even without taking bugs into account, CP2077 is a lot less complexe/deep than W3. So, I don't have a lot of hope for W4, and CP was a letdown…

  14. I would like 3rd person as an option . I felt this was disappointing missing feature. I love the setting and music but it’s a first person shooter , fallout 4 did this way better and it’s an older game.
