  1. I know some people hate this ending because of the overall decision that your not able to combat implants with the Eminem's you acquired but think about for a relatively reasonable stand point V can have other choices in comparison to Jackie and Johnny

  2. Here is a list of endings from bad to good in my opinion.

    1. Suicide – V chose to give up and off him/her and I pretty sure that his/her friends is sad as V made an impact on their lifes.

    2. Phantom Liberty ending – In the end, V realized that his/her mission to find a cure have cost him/her everything. Sacrificing Johnny, the only real friend besides Jackie he/she ever made. All his/her friends moved on including his/her lover. And due to the fact that he/she can't use combat implants no more, he/she has no choice to retire as a mercenary and live a quiet, lonely civilian life with no friends.

    3. Arasaka deal – V choose to make a deal Arasaka which costs him/her and Johnny to depart on bad terms and Arasaka will eventually take over the world and the son was trying to stop that from happening by tearing down the Arasaka empire from within but V stop him.

    4. Johnny Sliverhand lives again – Similar to the PL ending. Johnny realized that his mission to take down Arasaka have cost him everything. First Alt, who become a soulless and emotionless ai. Being soulkilled and locked inside mikosi for 50 years. Trap inside V's head. And all of his friends moved on. The only friends he have left was Rogue and Kerry and even they moved on and Rogue was killed by Smacher. The only real friend Johnny made since coming back was V and even he/she is gone and Johnny feels guilty living again in V's body while V is in cyberspace. Sure that Johnny lives again but he got nothing to live for as his mission to take down Arasaka have costed him everything.

    5. Night City Legend – V manage to became a legend in Night City but only got six months to live and instead of finding a way to save him/her, he/she chose to embrace been a legend before he/she dies even pushing away his/her lover like Johnny did with Alt.

    6. Nomad – V chose to join Panam's clan and leave Night City. V promise that he/she will find a way to save him/her self and maybe he/her will or maybe not. The point is that V made good friends with Panam, Mitch and everybody in the clan and it's better to either live or die surrounding by friends and love ones than to live or die alone. This is the best ending that V can get.

  3. Paige, I would strongly recommend you adding the twitch chat under your cam. It creates a nice environment and allows us to understand the interactions between you and the live users during Stream. I appreciate the content. Thank you!

  4. To me this ending looks like the one most likely to be canon. Why? Because it looks like a Metroid-style character reset.

    – All implants removed and it's sad your brain is deaf to implants
    – Arasaka run out and Militech is now in control of Night City
    – All your contacts have either stopped all comms or left Night City by the end
    – Corporations such as Zetatech (and others) now have a greater presence in Night City

Basically, grounds for a brand new playground to enjoy in a sequel.

  5. Hello Paige, i would recommend playing also the other path of phantom liberty, the one were you betray songbird. Its a completly different storyline with completly different settings and gameplay. It also lets you see songbird from a much different side, which shows more the true colors of her character, alot more background information to the story and is generally speaking much more emotional. I personally would have really regretet not missing out on it 😉
