Any idea why this might not be working for me? I find the drop just fine and can re-load to refresh the mod. Over the last 2 hours of reloading, I've seen every clothing mod on the wiki of every rarity except Fortuna. It's all the more puzzling because I'm level 29 w/ SC 45.
This still works! Took me about 15 tries and I got the Legendary Holo-Tinted Badge Goggles with the Fortuna mod! This is a brand new game, brand new character, level 3! You earned a sub!
