  1. It worries me, (and others) that everything this amazing guy said here was almost coming straight out of my head in an instant. I think I now understand why my friends always called me a weapon nerd back in high school. I just used to go on, and on about guns where ever I was… This man is such a great storyteller though! He is very interesting and amazing to listen too!

  2. the pistol: there is things called "rate reducers" there is one in the Skorpion you mentioned? pretty sure you'd know that given how bang on the rest of this is, as someone that shoots a good deal of full auto firearms, guns like the M3 grease gun are a JOY to shoot and highly accurate due to that chugging rate of fire, where something like the Glock 18C is like trying to hold onto a pissed off badger attempting to maul your face. So I could see with future tech wanting to stuff some sort of futuristic rate reducer into the gun, might account for that extra mass too.

The Wick Flip is trained by shooters to clear magazines faster, the over exaggerated motions sometimes shown are bad but no it actually is something more then rule of cool and does work rather well in everything from sports shooting to fire fights. The actor in John Wicks shooting is mostly spot on due to the fact he went and trained with some of the best sports and tactical instructors in the nation to prep for the role and its a large part of why the movies feel so…solid..in their gun play.

really cool to see an expert that isn't an utter muppet, awesome video. I hope you bring this guy back more!
