  1. There's another big group of enemies close to your route, just down the road to the beach from the weapon shop there. Those also respawn after a couple minutes. A fun thing about this group is that sometimes they're just hanging around, and other times they're raided by some kind of rival gang. In the latter case you just have to watch how they kill each other, and clean up the leftovers : )

  2. I am wondering if you can upgrade something with low tech skill like if I have a legendary sword can I still upgrade it to more damage or do ineed to up my tech, or is that just for crafting
