  1. The Jotaro mission, if you do it before the Woodman/Clouds mission, allows you to intimidate Woodman into giving you info (I still shot him afterwards XD but it counted as a stealthy finish). Jotaro is probably the most evil and influential underworld character you encounter (there's some close contenders but he takes the cake), and being the one who offs him, scares the crud out of other scumbags, lol. You'll find a lot of data shards that tie him in to a lot of the crime going on in the city, particularly with XBDs.
It's probably been mentioned, but i wouldn't delay too long on doing Panam's mission as it's one of the few time sensitive storylines that will close off a whole path option and ending.
The tiers, Gold or level 5 does go to ++, and you can still use crafting points after reaching that to switch out the little perks (bonus multipliers etc) if they don't suit you

  2. Busy episode. Loving the playthrough mapo. 😊😊 your female V is becoming a badass. Maiko oof she is piece of work. To think judy was close to getting with her. I like to think evelyn was an ex of Judy. But they remained close friends. The plot thickens. Claires quest is a moral quandry. Kill for revenge or win the finals. Hmmm 🤔🤔

  4. Death and Taxes is a cool gun. Iove the way it looks and the way it handles and fires, and I don’t even notice the health loss bc it’s so small and I gain it back quickly, but I don’t generally favor power weapons in my playthroughs. My favorite type of weapons are the tech one’s like that precision rifle you got off Nash. For stealth takedowns I always just use a throwing weapon or crouched grappling. I don’t like using silencers

  5. I was having trouble sneaking up on Jotaro so I tried using a flashbang grenade and grabbed him from behind real quick while he was blinded. I wanted to capture him alive so the Mox could deal with him in their own way. I don’t even care about the bonus, I just felt like he didn’t deserve a quick death

  6. 29:00 there are subtle nods peppered in dialogue to justify taking extra time for side jobs etc. I think I've seen some examples in previous episodes, but there's SO much to register in this game. I definitely missed it on my 1st playthrough

  7. The e-mail inconsistency is people – some like top to bottom – some like it bottom to top – real immersion
Vic's diagnosis would have been better if it was like the terminal cancer timeline – 6 m,onth to 6 years – Iv'e known people who go in 6 months, i've know people who go in 6 years and at least one who went over 8 years. They never really know how the body is going to handle it.

  8. 1:51:12 I handed him over alive. The way I see it, he's going directly to the Mox, who know what he's been doing and who have both motivation and means to make his demise last a long, LONG time. Same with a certain other assassination target in City Center. That one is also clearly going to people who deserve their shot at a bit of personal payback.
