Cyberpunk 2077 is a 2020 action role-playing game developed by the Polish studio CD Projekt Red, and published by CD Projekt, and based on Mike Pondsmith’s Cyberpunk tabletop game series. The plot is set in the fictional metropolis of Night City, California, within the dystopian Cyberpunk universe. The player assumes the role of V (voiced by Gavin Drea or Cherami Leigh), a mercenary who accidentally gets imbued with a cybernetic “bio-chip” containing an engram of legendary rockstar and terrorist Johnny Silverhand (voiced by Keanu Reeves). As Johnny’s behaviour and memories begin overwriting V’s own, the two must work together to separate from each other and save V’s life.

  1. Hard to fade Elon though. That guy sets his mind to something and he usually delivers. Basing your criticism on a couple of tweets is lazy. I welcome anybody into the gaming space. It’s in need of fresh ideas.

  2. Idk what to think of this. I mean I once tried to review a visual novel that I slowly observed used AI art AND AI script writing… And I just went out cause the game was visually good but stunningly boring by default. I just tried it and I was right to think it was shite.

  3. I don’t necessarily disagree. Why not encourage him to try though? If he fails it’s not like we’re losing anything as consumers.
Also why does his bad Elden ring build matter if he can deliver? I just don’t think it’s relevant besides whining that he’s phony. I know plenty of people who sell tractors that don’t own farms. 🤷‍♂️

  4. The Elon glaze in the comments is wild. Like, I don't care what political party you align with or whatever, but using AI in an industry entirely driven by creativity is a big NOPE, no matter how you look at it

  5. Many people online keep saying they epuld support indies, but a significant majority of games that fail are indie. Hell for every AA/AAA game that fail, hundreds of indies fail. People just love to focus on AA/AAA failing, as they draw more attention
