  1. Sadly this will never end as so many gamers continue to pre order games after seeing ONE teaser trailer. It’s all well and good complaining about the state of games like Battlefield 2042, GTA Definitive Edition, Cyberpunk etc after they have released, but the reason these games are so half assed is because millions of people have already handed over their money months before it’s even released. It makes these companies complacent and lazy as they only have to do the bare amount of work as they’ve already made bank off their targets. If people just used common sense and stopped pre ordering after ONE goddamn reveal trailer, these scumbag companies wouldn’t be able to get away with releasing shoddy, broken messes.

  2. They will never change, because devs have absolutely nothing to say and the final word comes from some corporate guy that made a spreadsheet and follows number targets. The only solution is they go bankrupt, and the devs start a company of their own

  3. I still say that nothing can really save CP77 at this point. At least for me. My main gripe was the main story which was extremely unsatisfying (coincidences piled high, overreliance on "nano" as a "get out of jail" card for the writers, inconsistencies); and the endings all stemming from one central decision point just cemented the whole thing. The branching narratives we've come to expect show up in the one mission that we've seen in the old gameplay demo and that's about it. At this point CDPR could effectively make GTA in Night City (with the same level of detail) and it still wouldn't do it for me because of said story…

  5. Can we stop pretending like CDPR was like this godlike company that released flawless products prior to cyberpunk's release?

God all the reporting quality of these YouTube channels is so low, I'll start reading reddit threads for news from now on.

  6. What is the name of the main protagonist of Cyberpunk? What is the name of the main protagonist in RDR? When you get that you will understand why some games are legends and some games are shit…

  7. So about the GTA mods being taken down I really don't think it's just that they're going after mods, because there is the definitive edition project mod packs for the originals and they are still up and they even recently posted mod packs for The Trilogy DE with no mention of anything being shut down. And it's not like they don't know about those packs as they are posted up in guides on Steam, so it would be a little hard to not know that they exist. So it occurs to me that there's some information missing in that story. I don't know if you're intentionally leaving out info in your reporting for clicks from hipster gamers or if you just don't have the info and are just reporting on it in the absence of facts just stirring the pot or what, but there is definitely more to it than you or any other cry ass wants to admit. Also the mods that were taken down seem kind of dumb anyway and isn't really a loss. Hell the only one I can find that was taken down and related to the originals is one that moves GTA 3 to the VC engine. Whoo hoo. If any mod violates their copyright claim, then they are well within their rights to protect their copyright. Period.

As for why they were released in the condition they were in, I'm willing to bet that it had to do with the delay of the GTA V on current gen consoles. They probably needed something to fill that slot and the Trilogy was rushed out to fill it in order to lose as little money as possible and I'm sure T2 was a big part of that decision being made. I'm not saying that was a good decision, as it clearly wasn't, but that's the only thing that makes sense here.

  8. As a new Star Citizen player, I'm really enjoying the game, despite the bugs. Yeah ships cost $1000+, but $40 gets you access to the game and almost all ships are purchasable in game with in game credits. Honestly, Star Citizen is what Cyberpunk could've been.

  9. If anyone starts a petition to ban Americans and Canadians from using the word "bloody" as a casual adverb then I will sign it. It sounds so gosh darned wrong like how they say "buddy" or they're saying "…bluddy…" 🤓😘
