Cyberpunk 2077 Two Heads, One Bullet Trophy Guide / Achievement Guide – Kill or incapacitate 2 enemies with the same sniper rifle shot. [Bronze]
First you will need a Sniper Rifle. You can either loot them from enemies (Snipers) or buy one. It’s best you wait until you get one as an enemy drop, there will be plenty throughout the story and other side activities. Just remember to keep at least one Sniper Rifle you find.
Now look for 2 policemen standing next to each other. You can frequently find them at street corners, they are always standing still and close together. Line them up and then shoot both in the head, killing them with 1 shot. It doesn’t matter what type of Sniper Rifle you use (a Tech Sniper Rifle works just as well as a Power Sniper Rifle). If they don’t die in 1 hit, reduce the difficulty to easy in game settings and/or come back after leveling up and getting a better Sniper Rifle.
You can find 2 Policemen at the location shown in the video (Watson city district).

I finally did this trophy once panam gave me her sniper which is this one
It’s funny because I completed the rescue Saul mission for panam, and she gave me her sniper and I stopped at the convenience store down the road from the spot we were at because there was some thugs robbing the place. And I totally forgot about the trophy, so I killed 2 guys at just the right time in their heads and got the trophy. I was like 😧😱!!!

Damn on my 97th try. Only 0ne keeps dying with one shot of my sniper the other one remains unharmed.
I keep only killing one of them. I'm using a tech sniper rifle Nekomata. Do I need a Power Sniper Rifle for this?

Lmao, I got this by accident.
Here to say that if you are using Nekomata Sniper Rifles and this is not working for you, trying holding R2/RT to charge the bullet instead of firing a single uncharged shot.
This one Just wont pop for me. Already tryed with diferent snipers, killed two enemies and the thing wont come

Heads up to some people, but you need to do this with a sniper rifle, not a precision rifle.

Bruh my sniper only kills 1 guy
Read here if your sniper rifle kills just one person (and you're in the endgame, I suppose)
Go to the Port travel point in Watson (in the map, north-east), buy the legendary sniper rifle "Nekomata" from the vendor next to the travel point, which is very expensive. Put the game on easy mode, on the south angle there are two cops, go and shot; the trophy is yours.
My sniper rounds will NOT go through a target.

You can literally do this right in front of V's main apartment. There are two cops just nearby. Head up the stairs, crouch down while aiming at the two cops. Quicksave your game – then shoot. If it doesn't pop, reload and try again for the double headshot kill. Thanks for all your awesome guides PowerPyx.
Make sure you don't have explosive ammo/sniper rifle. It will blow up the first head but won't penetrate the second, no matter how strong it is.
