Im bugged too i pocked up the coolant and its in my inventory but its also still on the sink and the screens are off.
I wish i could enter the building last quest for 100%
This doesn't fucking work. You can't even get into the building. Thanks for fucking nothing. Useless video
i had the problem where i can enter the building but i can take the coolant or and the pc power is off
I got into this building by a glitch none of the doors ever opened and it wont open again as i cannot exit this building or interact with the woman or anything. Been stuck in there for 5 days
I had also the problem, that I can go into the house, but I don’t get the introducing call to start the mission. The only thing that worked for me, was to load an old save data, where the little * is on that mission. As I get to the house, I get the call from Wakako and I solved the mission. Not the perfect way if you want all missions closed on your normal play through but for trophy hunter it’s maybe still an option for the “Little Tokyo” trophy. 😅
Well never got the call so I have a glitch that won't let me grab the coolant
I also cannot enter the building, spent half day trying every possible thing, apart from that the olive tree mission also does not work for me(no car in the garage) so because i cannot complete these two side quests i cannot earn the trophy for this district

On Stadia I can enter the building and get the coolant – but no prompt to interact with her
I CAN FINALLY ENTER THE BUILDING
I do not have a cooling icon 🙁
You cannot inject the coolant, nor can you disconnect her. You cannot interact with her at all, and if you try to disconnect her, you get stuck in the terminal and have to reload your game. This quest is still not fixed in patch 1.21 ffs.
