When you shoot while driving you can press one of the control sticks to look backwards immediately so you don't have to awkwardly move your camera behind your back to look at the cars behind you it automatically gives you a backwards view . If you just press the button and if you let go you immediately look forward again. So you can really easily shoot at the car behind you and then switch back to front view.
You can also use your katana while driving on the bike.
Nice vanilla plus modlist, I hoped better handling wouldn’t be needed in the game anymore, but maybe they’ll do better with the vehicles in the sequel lol

You can play the weapon animation at ANY time if you double-tap the button which equips the weapon. You don't really need a mod for that unless you want it to surprise you. Hopefully the mod knows not to do it in active conflict. Imagine needing to shoot and having to wait for the animation to finish.
In the hacking minigame if you hover your cursor over the numbers in the sequence they will be highlighted on the matrix, which may be helpful.
Gear accessories are tied to the gear level, as you've noticed. You can't equip higher level mods, scopes or muzzles on lower level weapons. Same with your cyberdeck, where you can't use hack chips above the deck's level.
HOWEVER, gear and cyberware is not tied to YOUR level, so if you manage to upgrade weapons, cyberware or other gear to 5++ (highest level) you can use them just fine.
Invest one perk point in vehicles so you can easily deal with those chasing you. See what options you have and make a choice.
Also, visit a ripper and browse the legs cyberware. You might be pleasantly surprised, and you never know when the "just right" hardware could tip the scales in your favor 😉
As a general tip, in any situation you are the game will list appropriate controls to deal with it, so check the lower-right corner for inspiration every once in a while.
Cyberware capacity also increases with leveling up some of your ability trees (either Tech or Intel, can't recall right now).
You should put one attribute point in the Technical Ability to unlock another level of perks since you are so close.
Also, a word of warning: the game does not give you enough points to maximize everything, although it will get you close enough. So plan ahead, while remembering you still have the chance to reset your attributes ONCE.
