  2. In-game fixers, such as Pablo, appear in one shot in which Arasaka talks to Faraday. Not to mention the traffic crashes at the end and cops appearing out of nowhere are nice callbacks to in-game bugs and glitches

  3. Someone already pointed this out, but when they introduced Smasher, the narrator speaks with an african accent, like Charon in John Wick. The narrator also calls Smasher the boogeyman, which could be a reference to John Wick, played by Keanu Reeves, who also shows up in this universe too.

  4. There's also a visual for the fixers of Night City when the Arasaka counterintelligence tried to poach Faraday. Lizzie's Bar makes an appearance as well when the crew finished the limo job I believe

  5. Loved seeing Rogue in there that was cool. Wish Panam was in it or Judy. Overall I enjoyed it alot, it was really good, & animation was mint. Hope there's a green light for a 2nd season.

  6. When Maine and Dorio are fighting off the police (in the episode where Maine goes full cyberpsycho), Maine remarks [paraphrasing] "Where the hell do they keep coming from?! It's like they're coming out of the walls!"

It's a reference to that infamous bug on the launch version of the game where cops pursuing the player would magically spawn within a certain radius of you no matter how illogical the circumstances … often spawning inside walls where you couldn't even shoot them.
