  2. Not surr but i have been level 60, have my cyber capacity exactly where i need it and yesterday, thankfully i was looking for skill shards, net runners to be exact to max that skill out and an enemy dropped a cyberwear capacity shard i almost picked up.
    Either its extremely rare and i just got really lucky, seeing as i fought durel almost 200 times and still no uber, or ita just bugged somehow in other peoples games. I can say for a fact though, they dropped for me even after i was lvl 60.
    It was a random 💀 mob too, not a boss of any kind. Went on n a killing spree in dog town because the Baghest are scum of the earth.
