It's crazy how they added little subtle details on some the actions you made that you didn't think would affect the dialogue and interactions of the characters. This is a preem find choomba. 🙂
Nothing to do with the video, but god, I hate male V's voice. It sounds like he is only reading the script and not acting like a character was supposed to act, so annoying.

Did I miss something? Got this exact same dialogue and didn't kill the receptionist.
You get this regardless of whether you kill her lol… It's a static dialogue choice. I got it and killed no one. She's just making a dig at you.
