Can't enter through that door it's locked I'm guessing that's a bug
Is there maybe a specific quest i have to do to be able to enter this place?
I can't enter in this place, all doors are "unpowered"

i have done every mission accept this one…. hope they will fix the bug
I entered thru the door by glitching with the Caliburn like you can do to get back into Arasaka tower but your just trapped in the building after and it still doesn't trigger the side mission lol all doors stay locked
For anyone still having issues, try doing the zone on new character as I just got the guest done after being stuck on my other character
The only person I've seen finishing this gig lol doors are closed for everybody else
