From what I remember I think there was two timed missions. The Berry the cop and some other one.

Also Bd don’t forget that quests aren’t the only thing you can do in this game when you want to do other things other then the storyline. There’s also gigs you can do and also things for the cops that you see everywhere which are kinda like mini missions. If you do these all successfully you get a good amount of eddies and it’s probably the faster way to earn them apart from selling things but it’s the way to make the big eddies. Gigs usually give you somewhere between like 5 grand to 10 grand or so eddies. A few even give more like around 15 grand. The cop missions can usually give around a grand or so sometimes more, sometimes less. Finally the psycho missions where you have to bring them alive give good eddies too. Especially if you do just that, bring them back alive. Basically you just beat the enemy target without killing it. It’s really simple actually. Just make sure you have a non lethal weapon on hand or in some cases you can even sneak behind them instantly and do the non lethal stealth takedown. But yea these are great ways to get money for cars or new apartments because you can also buy other apartments that look way better. You buy yourself some better upgrades and weapons.
