We already tried the rather cool Cyberpunk 2077 VR mod from developer Ralf using the standalone VorpX version. However, yesterday he updated the mod and VorpX to include motion control gesture support. Whilst it’s not quite the same as having full motion control support, it does make the game feel far more immersive and closer to a proper VR title.
In this latest update, players can gesture to melee attack or block with Swords etc. Gesture to hold rifles and pistols, grip steering wheels to drive vehicles and even hold handlebars to steer when on motorcycles.
We tried this as you can see in our video and it works very well indeed.
