Cyberpunk 2077 is a stunning game… if you’re playing it on the right systems. It’s being hailed as “the new Crysis” on PC, and you’ll need a powerful graphics card to be able to run CD Projekt Red’s latest at its highest settings. But little footage of the game was shown on console pre-release.
Now that Cyberpunk 2077 has been released, we can finally dig deeper into its console versions. In this video, we compare the game running on PlayStation 5 to the base PlayStation 4 model to see just how much difference Sony’s brand new console makes. It should be noted that the version running on PS5 is actually the PS4 version of the game, playable through backwards compatibility. A patch to upgrade the game for PlayStation 5 will be released next year.

What is that graphical bug of white dots that happens from under the cars sometimes? I get that on PC too.
Also get bugs where there is a white line a square box over some pistols etc like a transparency bug sometimes with added holo sites and sometimes without them even
Honestly kinda what I expected. The base PS4 came out like 7 years ago. I could understand a PS4 pro being better, but people acting like the base PS4 was some sort of pc god tech

Some games work with low fps like GTA Online. It's not great but the gun mechanics are made that way and the driving is very responsive which in Cyberpunk isn't. Hell. I've been playing GTAO for 4 years but when I tried Cyberpunk with 25 fps I couldn't keep playing after I got into my apartment for the first time

I mean come on, the base PS4 is 7 freaking years old, people have the widest expectations out of something that old.
If you really expect a 7 year old console hardware pumping out anything comparable to next gen, then what even is the point of next gen at all?
People need to face reality there's not much more that you can squeeze out of the PS4 this is about it. Truthfully if you can't get your hands on a PS5 or Xbox series X and your content with a PS4 just be happy that you got this game. Yes I think CD projekt Red should have been way more transparent and truthful about the last generation versions of this game. Hopefully there's a way that you can just pop the PS4 game into a PS5 when you're able to get one and get the updated graphics.
People who complain about graphics don’t actually play games for what they are and are spoiled

I have a ps5 and the game and I refuse to spoil what could be a 9 to 10/10 game with this many issues. I have waited 8yrs for this and looks like I'm gonna have to wait another 6months to truly enjoy this title. Cdred have really killed there rep after the highs of The Witcher.

To be fair I'm currently playing cyberpunk on a base ps4 and haven't ran into too many performance issues but i cant wait to play it on the ps5.
I had my wishlist with Cyberpunk on it, but when the game came out I heard how bad it was on base PS4 so I changed my wishlist to Watchdogs legion at the last second. But now today my parents actually got me the game and Watchdogs. Now I’m stuck with Cyberpunk and I don’t know how to handle this.,.
