Cyberpunk 2077 V for Vendetta Trophy Guide / Achievement Guide – After reviving with Second Heart, kill or incapacitate the enemy who killed you within 5 seconds. [Bronze]
*MISSABLE*
If you spend your Attribute Points in the wrong categories you might miss this (not enough Points to upgrade everything in one playthrough and can’t reset Attributes). Make a Manual Save before this trophy, then reload it to get your Attribute Points back for other trophies.
First you must put 16 Attribute Points into “Body” Attribute and buy the Cyberware “Second Heart” (Circulatory System) from the Ripperdoc in Heywood (Wellsprings). You must also have reached Street Cred Level 49 to be able to buy this. It costs €$42,000.
To actually equip the Second Heart your Body Attribute must be Level 16. The Second Heart Cyberware is only available as Legendary (Orange) grade. Make a Manual Save before buying it. Then after getting the trophy you can reload to get your money back (better spent on Vehicles).
With “Second Heart” Cyberware equipped, let any enemy kill you. The Second Heart will revive you with full health. Now quickly kill your attacker (Shotguns work great). It’s best to leave only one enemy and weaken him beforehand, so that he is quicker to kill.

In fact I think you need more than 1 playthrough to plat the game because of the preference in builds
PowerPyx still doing the lords work and ALWAYS has the answers and achievement/trophy tutorials the people need.
Man I can’t play this game again just to get attribute points.. they need something like attribute points reset..

I tried to do it while killing the voodoo boys but it bugged out on me and didn’t give it to me it left my health at 0 but I was invincible the whole time killed everyone and still nothing I even let placide just shoot away at me but I wouldn’t die my health stayed at 0 yet I was still alive
