  1. I feel that River took it like a champ when you finally broke it to him. I played a female V that romanced Judy, and as soon as he said "Don't stand a chance, do I?" I was like, "Yeah, he knows what's up." Sure, he was a bit embarrassed, but that was to be expected. Like a good dude, he kept his cool and didn't let it slow him down. I just wish there were more options to express your sexuality before you even reached that point so you could save him from such an awkward conversation. Even if it got that far, I'd like to see quite a few more "buddy cop" missions that you could do after turning him down to prove that you were still his choom. River was a good friend, and a stalwart ally, just not my V's type.

  2. God, the romances in this game are shocking. All a straight male V has is… Panam. You serious? Mass Effect 2 was a decade old and it still blew/blows CP77 out of the water.

  3. I always thought River was the most humble and the nicest char in the game. Judy sort of has a Depression streak and Panam is only for Male V. lol but when i did the playthrough as Female V i made River my chars partner based on knowing who he was during my Male V run

  4. I got a funny glitch after sleeping with him and reject him after, when I call him on the phone there's no voice coming from him aside from V's dialog choices, and V acts as if he said something but there's not even subtitles for his lines. He was too heartbroken for words lol.

  5. I did River's romance option my first playthrough along with Judy since you can romance two characters at once with no repercussions. Don't see why people have an issue doing a romance option that isn't their irl sexuality. It's a fantasy game. You ain't really sleeping with them lol. But I'm a huge completionist. So that explains why I didn't mind.
