  1. I've been using a crappy common sandy for a knife throwing build. For purposes of the build I'm specing into mostly cool, body and tech (crafting and grenade mods) I'm finding that even the shitty sandys are still over powered in harder difficulties.

  2. Now equip three Legendary Heatsinks. Each one reduces cooldown time by four seconds for a total of 12. You can have 3 second cooldowns. You can shave off another second by equipping the Legendary Bioconductor and have two second cooldowns.

  3. biggest problem with the Warp Dancer is how it slows down things that you don't want slowed down, like how your guns work
The thing about the Sandevistan is how you want it to work like in the show, which is you being so fast that time seems to be standing still, and you can pop a bunch of bullets into a bunch of enemies, and they'll fall to the ground only when it runs out. Kind of like Dio Brando and his knife throwing skills combined with his Stand.
Instead, it slows down time by such a huge ammount, that your guns also get impacted by it, and you can barely fire off a second shot from something with lower DPS, rendering you unable to accurately doing something like the first scene in the show. Like, you can't fire off anything other than one shot of Guts.

  4. Before watching this video I am gonna say "Quiant Sandevistan Mk.4" is the best one by a land slide. The cooldown is just so low that it is actually possible to get it down to like 2 seconds.

  5. This video appeared at exactly the right time for me…just starting my 5th [!] playthrough… I've relied heavily on quickhacking in my past games…now I want to go heavily into Reflex and just shoot things up. I've also collected a bunch of Sandevistan mods in my early-game grind, so it's a good fit, as soon as I can put enough Attribute points into Reflex.

  6. I see a few people complaining about Sandevistan with guns and how it doesn't look how it is "supposed" to look in the anime. Nope, if anything, the game is portraying it correctly, it's the anime showed it wrong. Guns shooting at regular speed when sandevistan's active is logical and accurate because sandevisten's ability is applied to the person's body, not the guns. Hence why sandevistan build is meant to be used with blades and katanas.

  7. Ive been on my first play thru for the last few weeks. Didnt really know where i wanted to put my attributes. But ended up with 20 reflexes since i mostly use pistols, smgs and Satori.
But since i also like having quick hacks, i never really use a sandevistan.
But my work around to have a few seconds of time slow is the Reflex Tuner. The great thing about it is that it activates automatically when you're detected. It only lasts a few seconds. But with the speed increase from blades im usually able to kill 3-5 enemies when RT activates.

I also use that one cyberware that slows time when your health drops to 15%. Mostly as an escape tool

  8. Plus side for number 1: if you get the right mods you can get the cool-down to 3 seconds, so long as you craft the legendary version, then with the bio-conductors from the aldercaldo’s you can make it 2 seconds.

Requirements: 15 reflex, 18 technical and a lot of eddies.

Recommendation: get crafting to match your required technical stat for extra perk points by using the duplication glitch to get a ton of crafting materials then building item components (make it 100 less than your maximum crafting amount to make further duplication easier)

  9. Honestly I'm not overly inclined to use a sandy just because kerenzikovs are in general more fun to me. Mainly because it pairs with melee and nade usage really well

The way it gives you an extended range dodge that you can curve around objects paired with the by default low cooldown means that in general you can zip in and outta fights rapidly but you can still interact with things without needing to wait for it to end or for the cooldown to finish

For me it's a nicer version and I'd probably only run a sandy for really big fights with little cover

That being said running a kov alongside a sandy effectively lowers your downtime and adds flexibility to their usage as sometimes you just don't need a sandy running for longer than a couple seconds

  10. The warp dancer is made for melee builds. With the monowire I can actually take down 5 to 8 people. Also since it's slows to 10 percent is such a great can't be detected tool. With a max out monowire and reflexes blade tree you can almost one shot anything. Terrible with guns

  11. The Dynalar is a good starter Sandi because of it`s low requirements (has a low street cred requirement too). Good choice if u plan to do all watson gigs and quests before doing the heist mission with a sandi. Then just a few missions for wakako, some ncpd stuff and then buy quiant mk4 from fingers before automatic love quest. Btw, try comerade hammer with a sandi. Superfast projectile speed and devastating oneshot damage. U`ll reload while readjusting aim for the next victim. Other than that, melee weapons are better than guns with a sandi anyways.

  12. The fingers sandy if it hasn't been said here before can be bought before the punching scene if you sneak around his office and open the window and go in you can then buy it from him there, I did that as soon as I got the reflects requirement and when I got to the mission to punch him it was lights out because he had no use anymore

  13. Anyone who uses guns while using a Sandevistan is totally missing the point. Switch to blades, punches or wires, your physical abilities are accelerated not your guns rate of fire. You will be far more effective with melee. Not to mention a Quiant Mk 4 can have a cooldown of 2 seconds with the right cyberware and mods.

  14. IMO depends on your build, rank 5 Sandy is better than all those if you build around it. Same can be said for all the the others. In the long run it comes down to what you want to use/how you want to play
