  1. I don't think this game could ever be good tbh they will have to change their entire game completely for that to happen I surely hope am wrong and they find a way but I dont see it the world feel soulless and that a big issue along with the AI if they added in all these cool flyings cars and world feeling alive with random event's that could happen making it feel real with great AI and mass city with life like shops could make it amazing this world needs to feel alive other than people walking about and cars they need these people to do stuff mass shootings car jacks random fist fights gang fights watching 1 individual see what they get up to in a life will they go shopping and then go for a dinner and then randomly steel a car thing's like this need to be here

  2. I like your contant, but would really like if you wont read an article word by word. instead name your source and then tell the tale in your own words..i think you would do great!

  3. Pretty sure they probably won’t bother to add much more. When really they should do a lot more game mechanics and things they promised because that stuff would require game redesigning.

  4. No one said they didn’t enjoy the game that is still waiting for the game? The problem is stuff they lied about and mechanics that games from over ten years ago did better or had along with so much of the stuff that didn’t appear that they promised

  5. An underground mob wouldn’t exist in night city because the corpos just run it? That was the point why you found some of the gangs being run by the corporations or working with them. No mobster would exist in night city without corpo and isn’t the whole point the blue eyed man some hidden body running stuff?

  6. They didn't make mistakes with the marketing, they didn't overhype – they just lied plain and simple. On a related note, that 'apology' video and resultant roadmaps haven't carried much credibility either so it's not just marketing it's the culture at CDPR.

  7. Man I remember when I heard cyberpunk was coming out I was pumped cdpr was handling and now I'm like damn I wish rockstar or Ubisoft woul have made this game it could have been so great

  8. I dont believe they can fix the issues when it comes to glitches as to me its a game engine failure. When NPC's walk through other NPCs, Buildings, Cars, and you the player its because the Engine doesn't have the ability to ID the assets correctly and stop multiple assets from occupying the same space (no boundary ID). No other game does this that I know of. The physics is weird when NPCs fall they can become twisted and contorted in unnatural positions, again very rarely does this happen in any of my other games. The rag doll in GTA never goes as wrong as CP does.
The best way to open new doors for more game play would be to create co-op game play where you can play with your friends and they could simply increase the number of enemies and/or change the AI sensitivity to make it more difficult (Ghost Recon Wildlands did this incredibly well, with Tier 1 and their options were staggering, like you could remove the HUD, no wall hacking enemies, etc. being able to turn individual aspects of the HUD on and off, they gave complete control to the gamer to make things more difficult or not.
CDPR could make a DLC that revolved around a mission to take down the major corporations running the show, from low level agents, to lieutenants, to upper management, and finally a boss fight with the CEOs. That would be fun to do in NC and I would think it quite easy to design. Shootouts are the only thing to me that is replayable as each time you do one, things go differently whereas story driven segments after a few times going through them lose their sparkle.

  9. Dont forget. I would love it if we could still hang out with some of our friends i.e. panam, judy , jackie, etc… even after the main story and take them to bowling, pool, movies , etc..

  10. Bunch of gaming simps! CP 2077 won't be a No Man's Sky revival because people don't have the balls to walk away from the game until it is. THINK people!

Right now, CDPR is only putting enough into the game to keep from losing their asses in court in the pending litigation.

For CDPR to make this the game they originally promised, they would have to not only… fix a bugs related to game play and performance issues… but also….

For the lifepaths to mean anything and have their intended purpose, REWRITE major parts of the game so that EACH of the lifepaths actually has different solutions to the same story obstacles in the game, which means there is no telling how much story rewriting would have to be done… as well as… additional dialogue and script writing would need to be done.

They aren't going to do that because they do not have to. People are willing to accept far less than what this game should be.

They promised you a loaf of bread and gave you crumbs so you would only expect and accept a slice.

Until you are willing to throw it all back at them and walk away, it will NEVER be the game you want.

This can be done, if you have the resolve. There are precedents for such a thing. I will point to an example of a tv show, whose cancellation cause such an outcry and causing so much letter writing response that it was brought back. Unfortunately by that time, some of the actors had taken other roles so the result was not great, but it was done.

Look up the original Battlestar Galactica cancellation, which was brought back as Galactice 80…..and that was back when consumers had much less of a say in things.

If you don't have that much of a resolve to walk away from this game for an extended amount of time, what you all want will not happen.

  11. I Don't Think They Will Introduce New Characters, As They Could Add DLCs Like The Mafia 3 Where The DLC Storyline Takes place Inside Of The Games Timeline.

  12. Two major things they need far more than cosmetics or weapons. Unlock some of these damn doors, and use the vertical space of the game.

For the love of all that is, unlock some of these doors. It doesn't even matter that much if we can't buy anything inside the businesses, Night City is like a tourist trap town in the off season, the only thing missing is particle board over the windows. Everything everywhere is closed. The few places that are open are generally gang hide outs. This makes the game world feel like just a street simulator because you can't ever really get off of the side walks and roads to do things inside anywhere. Some of the story missions have you go inside buildings, and those are the best parts, but also the smallest portions of the game.

I remember during development CDPR saying they'd never made a game with verticality like this before and it was a struggle for them. But they didn't do it, the entire game takes place at street level. There a few places, one that comes to mind is in North Eastern Japan town where you can get down behind some buildings and there's an impressively large amount of vertical space back there, but there is no reason to ever go there. No missions, no vendors, no hidden loot, no Easter eggs. The game itself avoids any of these few vertical spaces, occasionally having you climb a single ladder to fight on the roof a one story building. I'd love to see more things happen in the massive number of giant sky scrapers. Hell, some of the buildings you dive by are so large you could fit an entire action game inside them and feel like you had plenty of space to explore, but they're just window dressing at best as zip on past to your next objective marker in another ally way.

  13. I didn't buy Cyberpunk 2077 because of the glitches and what not. Don't get me wrong I was fully on board on buying it but seeing and hearing about the problems it has still…I'll wait on that "No Man Sky" treatment happening first.

  14. This game has been sitting in my SSD with couple of hours of playtime since December. I update it and leave it. I think I should stop expecting miracles and just beat a god damn game.

  15. I'd rather have them take their time with it than hastily put unfinished stuff out again… I can wait. There are enough other games to play in the meantime.
