  1. No matter how many bugs get fixed, the biggest issue with Cyberpunk 2077 will always be how shallow so many of the mechanics are. It has a decent/okay story, and great graphics, but everything else is just so mediocre.

  2. Honestly outside of the bugs, it's a terrible game with 80% of thier advertised features not in the game.
CDPR fanboiz will get mad and take it personally but that's honestly so weird….the game was a huge let down and was built on lies

  3. Can't believe this happened with this game. What a catastrophy. I said a year ago I wouldn't play the game until its fixed and finished. That still hasn't happened a year later. No next Gen updates either yet. Incredible

  5. As someone who worked in software QA for many years, I can confirm that QA teams most certainly find and report bugs but management's tendency to force deadlines and over-promise cause things to go out incomplete or outright broken.

  6. Broken or not but mostly broken, this game is very boring. I tried to get into it, went past the bugs but I can't connect with the world, the characters, just rubbish ,really. Also, the bug where you equip a weapon and then it shoots until you change it got me killed 3 times until I eventually gave up and quit the game.

  7. When I first picked up the game near launch, I thought it was a big game hidden behind bugs. However as the bugs get swept away, the more it looks like the whole game got cut in half across the board.

  8. "They've had as long as he's been in existence. From the time he was like, just a little percorn, to this moment to fix this game and it's still not that good. Sooo . . . I think that kinda says it all." – Luke Stephens, 2021

  9. Literally bought it for $10-$20 this past sale on PSN thinking that it was fixed because of all the updates and because people said it was okay on PS5. Literally an hour into the game and I fell through the map. 😐 You know how many McChickens I coulda bought instead of buying this game?

  10. I’m always “ stuck in a phone call”. Which pretty much breaks my game.. game used to run good. Now it’s just a mess for some reason.. I’m one of the lucky ones in the beginning that didn’t have many problems. Now I can barley play it. Literally
    ( On a RTX580 too)

  11. They've got their last chance with the "big update" coming in 2022. If it's only bug fixes and cosmetic enhancements without content (AI, dynamic events, improved mechanics and features) this game is DONE… fingers crossed!

  12. actually started a new corpo last night for giggles, the npc that gives you the report just after the meeting with Jenkins decided to put his tablet away by instead having the object remain, cliped through his hand at a 90 degree angle, still needs time in the oven for basic things like that 🤦‍♂️(1.31)

  13. If you’re playing CP2077 as an open-world Skyrim/Fallout style game then it’s probably a 5 or 6/10. If, like me, you played it as an action adventure and completed the main story along with the high quality side missions and didn’t try to fuck with the environment or try to break the game, it’s a solid 8 or 9/10.

  14. I just picked this game up about a month ago; a brand new, sealed copy for $20.
I thought I would wait for around a year for the most egregious bugs to be fixed, and other myriad issues to be balanced or eliminated completely.
I'm playing on a PS4 Pro, and for the most part, it's playable. I've experienced a few issues, but nothing game breaking thus far.
My biggest problem with "Cyberpunk 2077", is how damn boring it is, at least to me. I'm also wondering why CDPR decided to include such a deep character creation in an FPS where you rarely if ever, actually see the V you've customized. Some truly baffling choices here. But, I'll push through to the end, because I am truly loving the story, but I doubt I'll go back once I'm finished. Worth the $20 I spent on it? To a point, yes. I'll see how my view changes overall once the credits roll.

  15. In "LIGHT" defense of CP2077 there is a chance that currently UNUSED principle data in the game folder loaded into that old save and may have caused some of your glitches… but likely not all of them.

  16. I played on the Series X at launch and I still thought it was a pretty strong 9 for me, with the only things keeping it from a 10 being optimization and the lack of world immersion that was mentioned in the video. The world is so incredibly designed and I just wish there were random activities sprinkled throughout that weren’t gigs or quests. Hate to continue with Witcher comparisons but it needs something the player can get absolutely lost in outside of the main storyline, like Gwent did

  17. The new norm is release early patch and update. 1 or 2 years later new players wonder what all the complaints were about. I wait for Goty or complete editions for most "triple a" games.

  19. I played like 25 hours on the ps4 slim I think in the second update and stopped because the game still worked very badly in some situations. Yesterday I went back to playing with the current update, and oddly enough the game looks worse somehow. Of course it's running better, but the technical part is complete rubbish. I saw bizarre things that didn't happen months ago in my first campaign and I'm already thinking about giving up again. In fact, the least they should do is make this game free on the base consoles, because it's the worst experience anyone can have on them.

  20. Hope they fix most of the issues next year make a complete ridable monorail , fix npc reactions, police ai /corrupt cops bribery they where marketing, hacking system they completely removed from the early trailers, exotic biomods from the lore , car color customization interior and exterior and vehicle handling after all those the game might be something to look forward to in 2022.
