Still didn't work now all the enemies are gone n blake doesn't show up
1. Follow misión
2. Restart console and game
3. Load and get the call
4. What happends? Load again? And then the mission start like in your video?
Not work for me, don't cut gameplay fixes it turns confusing
hey guys i fixed mine.. i just followed the instructions given.. but blake was in another part outside the shop.. just search for him nearby outside
i found the problem guyz and its way more simple than it looks. For some reason Blake is not in the yellow area in the map, i found him on the bottom part near the water: high distance between mission location .-.
It would be great to know that before loosing the safe

In my game the shop owner has returned to his store and talks to me about helping him with his debt but the gig is still showing as incomplete and is asking me to find Blake. No idea what is going on
I just wanted to stop by the comments section and say THANK YOU! Confirmed that this works on PC for me. After coming back to the crime scene, Blake was already downed in front of the shop and ready to be placed in the car. Maybe he was there the whole time but the marker wasn't telling me who he was.
Anybody still having issues with this, check the beach shacks to the right and down the stairs. He was randomly walking around there for me.
I have tried new thing and that helped. I came to location and started to throw a lot of grenades. Then music starts that means he is coming for you. Just keep throw grenades to all zone and he will showed up. That helped to me.
i was just about to do this fix when i went out the back door and down the steps to the water. about 20m down the steps Blake was standing there like and idiot looking out over the water instead of where he was supposed to be.
Strange thing.. I did the mission early and much later in the game walked into Roger Wang Pharmacy for the first time. I didn't remember him ever hiring me so I looked it up and found out he's the guy who hired Regina to get me to do Shark in the water. Anyway, during my conversation I had with Roger, he again told me of how he was shaken down. My next and only yellow choice was to ask the guy for a discount because I had done such a good job on the mission! I'm thinking why is V now trying to shake this guy down that already had a sad story about being shaken down – why would the game do that!? I felt so bad for the guy, I bought everything he had.
Anyone found a solution for this bug? Mission says find blake but he is not at the marker. Ran around for ages around the water, forwarding time etc and nothing.
Check the streets around the pharmacy, I found him across the street from Six Shots up the street from the mission area.

Where is the building?
Blake is the guy with the gold jacket once you've killed every mother fucker in the area scan the body and that will be blake
During the Gig i found an industrial shutter that can be opened with having enough strength or an authorization card. As i dont put points in my strength skill for the character, where can i find the authorization card needed to open it up?
