i actually streamed this game from my pc to vita using moonlight and a r2/l2 grip. and since i wasn't playing it on a overrated 2013 console with meh specs (that ram tho), i didn't have any performance issues or bugs. thing runs really well on a mid tier pc. unfortunarely nilvidia upgrade their software all the time, so moonlight currently doesn't work.
