Playing cyberpunk as this vid drops
Finally found the legendary armor clothing spec. You get it in a case during the Tiny Mike gig mission.
Luckily I have all those specs, but thank you for reminding me that I need to get the legendary Crusher spec, I love that shotgun… wish they had an iconic version xD
my only issue with the ba xing cong is that its only access after the story and i didnt know that. i finished everything before finishing the story only my first playthru from all the events, missions, cleared out every enemy whatever. so when i finally got it i could not use it for anything. the game as a weird way of being completely empty even enemies dont spawn. so getting it i couldnt do anything to test it.
There are very few crafting specs are fixed. All others are at random locations.
The Ashura is also a guaranteed drop in Kabuki, you can get it right when the game begins. On top of a stack of buildings, there's a quest to clean the place of hostiles. Right before a sniper, the Ashura Spec is in a chest.

Found the carnage to be better then the guts shotgun
It should be noted that they fixed the Ba Xing spec after you complete “Tapeworm” and speak with Grayson AND NOT kill him. He only mentions the crate holding the Porsche but Adam Smasher’s room is also supposed to be unlocked too.
Working on a new play-through to see if this is actually true unless someone else can confirm.
