  1. I think the take by most is a little off, the game runs as intended on pc and next gen (for the most part). Its not a trash game despite these two thinking it maybe, when it runs its a very special game. I hope more get to play as much as I have.

  2. I was holding off on getting the game when I thought it was going to be good, am a big fan of the Roleplay Game. Everything that has happened though makes me unsure I want it, whether that's in February or when the half step consoles come out. I tend to hold off on upgrading till then to avoid hardware problems and to get a larger variety of games to play when I do.

  3. Well I have a PC and PC master race. You can’t expect to run such a game on crap like a console. That’s like mobile gamers wanting to run current console games on their phones.

  4. No one I know would actually play this game even if it didn't have all the bugs and crashes. CDPR strove for inclusion and equality in this game, and it just ended up being a mockery. It's freaking disgusting.

  5. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 372 times, shame on… You?
Seriously, at SOME point gamers have to take SOME responsibility for this kind of thing. If people weren't pre-ordering, buying day one, Sony wouldn't HAVE to come in to coddle us. If this happened to a child, it'd be terrible, but if you're old enough to legally buy THIS game, you should know better. Don't tell the companies to stop taking your money before the product is done, stop GIVING it to them!

  6. It's funny, but Cyberpunk is quickly turning into one of my favourite games of the last few years. My PC is 5 years old but still runs the game like a dream. I'm 30 hours in without a crash or error, and the lowest frames I'm getting is 40+ with most settings on maximum.
I feel sorry for my Console Cousins, they're missing out on something wonderful.

  7. Got to love how this channel was praising the game just a few weeks ago when they had a copy of the game before the public did and now completely trashing it. I have lost all respect for what culture and will no longer watch anything they put out.

  8. Life of black tiger, sony is still happy to sell hot dumpster fires like that but nah, cyber punk, pull it from the store. Game is buggy but not really more than an average bethesda open world release.

  9. Bit of an over-reaction on Sony's part I feel. It's broken, sure, but it's not unplayable broken. No Man's Sky was worse than this. Fallout 76 was worse than this. They have like 3 of those horrible games that Jim Sterling takes the piss out of, Stupidbollocks the Sword The Dragon or whatever still on the store.

  10. What other product can be put up for sale in an incomplete state? What other product can be cold in an incomplete state and have the people who paid for it make excuses for the company selling it?

  11. After looking at the comments here, all I can feel is a sense of confusion.

"It's funny to see a overhyped game fail!" …why?

"This is gonna be a lesson to other devs to not release an unfinished game?" lol. Is it really though?

First off, who of us who hoped for and expected a really good game are happy to get one that's unfinished like this one is?

Second, what makes you think this is going to teach anyone anything about rushing out games unfinished? Why do people even think this move has anything to do with the quality of the game? Anthem is still on the playstation store, isn't it? Fallout 76 is there too. Why didn't they remove any of those? Fact is, this feels really strongly to me like something completely different from sony trying to 'teach these guys a lesson about releasing a bad game', like some people are making it out to be. And it seems like it's working.

To me, it feels like Sony is trying to discredit CDPR with this move, and perhaps get back at them for declaring they would offer refunds on their game even if it was purchased on someone else's platform, which is forcing sony to deal with a bunch of refund requests. Removing it also removes any future purchases and subsequent returns. That seems to be the real reason this is happening.

The thing that gets to me the most though, is the sheer number of cheerleaders turn hateraid drinkers who were complaining about how long the game was taking to come out (probably even as the management was pushing the devs harder and harder to release the game), only to no be apparently laughing their asses off at CDPRs every failure. …while still playing the game.

Even as f'ed up as the game is right now, it's MASSIVELY engaging and fun to play. Most people who stop to think about it understand that CDPR probably didn't want to release such a jank ass game; it all came down to internal politics and upper level management wanting money NOW over having common sense. And yet the atmosphere here in the comments is a bunch of kids laughing at the smart kid for falling in the mud. It's kinda embarrassing to see.

  12. So, I know this might be kind of a miracle but we have not experienced crashes with CP2077 on our base ps4 at all and we are 18 hours in. Now the game is off the PS Store and we are worried, that the support and future patches/upgrades will not be available. Do you have any information on that?

  13. There is never an excuse for releasing a broken game. For whatever reason they HAD to release and had no other choice—ok, guess what, it still means management dramatically fail. They should have identified this issue MUCH earlier and reduced the scope of the game . And perhaps not over promise and under deliver.
