  1. This is the reason why CDPR promised an upgraded version of the game for free if and when you get a next gen console. They knew that the performance was going to be quite bad.

  2. The game looks really bad on the ps5 to. The game is blurry, has a lot of bugs and has a lot of textures problems. I shood never bought this game with out the next gen console update.

  3. Just to put it into perspective, we knew about Cyberpunk before we knew about the PS4. Cyberpunk was supposed to Launch 4 months before we even knew what the PS5 looked like. This is completely unacceptable.

  4. I got the collector edition for xbox as I didn't think my (now getting old) PC wouldn't handle it as well as I would like (as it's a 5820K and 980ti) but seems that I'd better get it for PC as well and either get a new GPU or, better still, build a new PC.

  5. @Digital Foundry Cyberpunk 2077 with Xbox Series X will be optimized in January. Microsoft sent an "Advanced technology group" to CD Projekt red to ensure Xbox Series X gets the best version.
Superior to pc as Xbox Series X has more power than 99% all pc and has full RDNA 2.0.
You fuckin fanboys won't wait until that optimization

  6. I am currently playing this on a base PS4 and although it is still awful, I have found that while running the game from the Sony external HDD, I did not experience the severe frame drops shown during that car chase scene. It seems to hold out slightly better in general, but is still a huge disappointment none the less.

  7. Its seems that the PS4 CPU is not keeping up, i think the GPU part of it can render it just fine at 30fps, but getting in the car/lift triggers loading and that is the moment the CPU has to get working at decompressing resources, streaming data to the GPU, also the harddrive is also not helping there i guess.

  8. Witcher 2 and Witcher 3 were filled with these same problems for awhile. Especially Witcher 2 but the games were worth getting past those problems and enjoying the experience. I believe CDPR will find solutions to keep it stable

  9. An 10 years development game that looks more like a 10 days one, a big piece of SH17 that game, the hype was NOTHING more than that, A SH177Y HYPE, refunded just right before that trash don't runs fine at 1080p on his own recommended requirements…

  10. Honestly, what did people expect? The base last gen consoles are like cheap PCs from 8 years ago, of course it's gonna look like shit. Like yeah CDPR could've done more optimization so that the frame rates are more stable, but they can't do miracles.
