I've finished game on 100% like 4 months ago, but sometimes I'm exploring random locations when I'm bored because I don't want to forget combat system before DLC release. And each day, when I'm exploring, I'm finding at least two legendary crates or eastereggs like dead body of guy who was threating Padre in punk prologue

As a net runner with a 8 in strength, this is a very disheartening find.
I was just out at that airport but didn't look closely at that building. I'll have to check it out. Thanks!
Just tried this with my level 50 character on 1.6. Everything spawned at my level except the legendary jacket which had 2.9 armor.
