Really thanks to showing this and make it so quick. As seen in this video it's really frustrating, a game that is based on dialogue can't load it in time and to make up for lost time, the game cut them. Hope CDPR is aware of this problem because now if they will solve this issue and the loading map (that black things oh my god) the game is at least payable without the fear of the dialogues that can't load or crush in something that will appears later because eh it can't load in time.
Looks pretty sad. Hard drive memory and RAM seem to extremely struggling. There's signs of it everywhere – most of UI elements fail to load and just not there, music suddenly disappearing and suddenly gets to play again, and those phone calls.. that's atrocious. Don't intend to defend CDPR by no means, but it's not so surprising when you only have 5.5GB of shared memory and shit-ass 5400 RPM hard disk. So it's not to expect this will be ever fixed.

CDPR should hire you for testing their games. Awesome job always deep
