Patch 1.5 just rolled out for Cyberpunk 2077 and it ads the long-awaited NEXT GEN Console Update including Ray Tracing (4K, 30 FPS) and Performance mode (4K, 60 FPS).
The footage was captured on Xbox Series X.
Enjoy!

A VRR Mode like the flight simulator did would be perfect for the RT Version. Normally locked at 30fps but with enabled VRR you get an open frame rate. I think the average frame rate would be around 40. This would be nice.
I prefer performance mode, it had more FPS and still has better ray tracing than last gen
Instead of RT mode they should've just done 4K mode and Performance mode.
Nice work, you got my sub
I’m legit hard pressed to find a difference tbh. Ig I’ll stick yo performance mode
“One more f*****’ word”, straight from V to all the haters out there regarding the next gen update/patch.
Small difference, but the added depth in some scenes is nice, not as flat.
The most useless Raytracing mode on Console
The difference is … subtle, to say the least.
Just bought an RTX 3080 the other day and gotta say the ray tracing is kinda cool I guess but that performance hit is unreal. Ended up just turning it off and playing at ultra settings. Bottom line, don’t feel like you’re missing out if you aren’t ray tracing. Question for the console players, curious if you’re using performance or ray tracing mode when playing.
Was really hoping ray tracing mode would make reflections look way better😑
I haven't even played it yet I installed it 1hour ago still don't know what to play Tracing or Performeance ffs and advice
The ray tracing on console is non existent. I’d prefer the 60fps mode. But I’m on PC and I can have RTX ultra at 60 😁
Proof I miss your streams…hope you're doing well.
Games like this show how much better the Spider-Man games are because with them you can play with 60fps and have ray tracing
shit, can't really tell the difference. guess I need better optic implant..
(1.3 is actually quite nice already)
Ummm…. What is top and what is bottom? I can assume Ray tracing is on the bottom because it was on the right before, but this is a lazy video
I can't tell the difference 🥲…both look the same. Any opinions on which others think look better?
play this in performance mode. the raytracing is totally overrated, but the 60fps is so smooth, totally different gameplay.
Although I like options but this should just fit all together.
