  1. It only took them 2.7 years to add a basic police system with actual police chases and a working wanted system, along with vehicle combat to the base game…. I'm excited for the DLC Phantom Liberty but I hope fans don't overlook the release of the first game and welcome back CD Project Red like nothing happened. Overall I'm excited but waiting nearly 3 years for police chases (Standard of any open world modern, future setting game) is mind-blowing.

Edit: There was one police chase in a side mission just on the border of Night City to the Badlands. But the AI was awful and I had to actually slow down so the police car could keep up with me as I wanted to experience a chase but the second I turned around towards the police car it de-spawned…. I was disappointed but at least I had some fun in the game just chilling in Night City.

  2. I don't know if you were able to see it but you mentioned Edgerunners a couple of times but in the new expanded skill tree, there are three (technically four?) new perks that have David, Lucy, and Rebecca on it that, I assume, upgrade your abilities to be closer to those characters (i.e., Gun Handling for Rebecca, Cyberpsychosis Decrease for David, and Speed/Monowire tactics for Lucy or something along those lines). I said technically four because there was also a perk that shows the back of what looked like David after the timeskip, all muscled up and whatnot. Also, I would really enjoy to your playthrough of Phantom Liberty.

  3. I'm excited for this DLC, Hopefully it's a massive improvement over the base game. There's games where the DLC is just better than the base game from Blood and Wine, XCOM 2: War of The Chosen, The Shivering Isles etc. So I hope this DLC is the War of The Chosen of Cyberpunk.

  4. As far as I’m aware a lot of the new features are coming with the dlc or at least on the day of so it may be more beneficial to start a new playthrough when the dlc comes out, you might not see the dlc stuff immediately but you would be playing essentially all of cyberpunk 2.0 as it is after the dlc drops

  6. They did hacking opponents through Monowire, cool.
I also predict an abundance of shorts dedicated to the artistic throwing of people.😅
And yes, as in The Witcher 3, it will be possible to start a new game immediately with DLS, if you want it, the character will be created with characteristics for DLS level and he will complete the tasks necessary to start.
As for creating a character before the release of DLS and the patch of the main game for DLS, I would not advise, there are too many changes in the mechanics, there is a fairly high probability that previously created characters will perceive these changes incorrectly. At the very least, it is worth waiting for the patch of the main game, which should be released before the DLS, the developers have not announced the exact date

  7. Looks like it's better to start a new playthrough for this. For me at least. But whatever floats your boat, I'm down. I watched your playthrough back then and I don't think I'd mind watching you do a new one. 😆
