I do love Cyberpunk 2077 these days. I had a love hate relationship with it since I pre-ordered when it was first release, and in fact it’s because of just how broken and not finished the game was that I now no longer pre-order any games at all. I am happy to report that the bugs now encountered are nowhere near as many or as often, and at the time of writing this since completing the main missions again of Cyberpunk 2077 I have only encountered 7 or 8 bugs throughout the whole game, which for me is completely acceptable. Playing on next-gen hardware really makes this game pop, the graphics and clarity of view while playing is totally awe inspiring, although, the cars still drive like garbage and guns (although much improved) still leave a lot to be desired. The game is playable and it’s worth it for just seeing how far it has come. The long and short, if you like Cyberpunk games, and are in some way invested in this game and have next gun hardware then go on, give it a go. I did also try this on my Xbox One to find now it is playable but I wouldn’t recommend it. If you are so inclined you can even find the original Cyberpunk videos I uploaded over 2 years ago here – https://youtu.be/Td-4HuXAgQg – Just so you can see how much it has changed.
Next I move onto Phantom Liberty which I am looking forward to a lot and will be uploaded (hopefully) directly after Cyberpunk 2077. This is Phantom Liberty, the new DLC from CD Project Red and it is glorious! I do believe this is what Cyberpunk 2077 should have been when it was first released. There are a few glitches but on the whole the game is so much more complete, and comes scross very very well. The missions are more fun (maybe because ive completed Cyberpunk 2077 3 times) more varied, with great baddies and gangsters to meet and remove. The price tag is ok as youre basically getting a complete game all over again. There is around 15 to 20 hours in Phantom Liberty and I dont think you will be upset when it is played.
