Hello, useful tip for netrunner or some hybrid build, but I still think that technical ability and crafting is better. You need 5 int for the perk and how many times will you breach? Crafting can you repeat as many times as you want, if you have enough components, which are pretty cheap. Plus investing in crafting will give you access to better rarity weapons, clothes and mods for them. But dont forget about having fun and play the game as you want 🙂
