► CYBERPUNK 2077 1.22 PATCH NOTES :

Hotfix 1.22 for Cyberpunk 2077 is live on PC, consoles and Stadia.
This update addresses the most frequently reported issues since the last patch and introduces further improvements to stability and performance of the game. Here is the list of changes:

Quests & Open World :
– The Metro: Memorial Park dataterm should now properly count towards the Frequent Flyer achievement.
– Fixed glitches in Johnny’s appearance occurring after buying the Nomad car from Lana.
– Fixed an issue in Gig: Until Death Do Us Part where it was not possible to use the elevator.
– Fixed an issue in Epistrophy where the player could get trapped in the garage if they didn’t follow the drone and ran into the control room instead.
– Added a retrofix for the issue we fixed in 1.21, where Takemura could get stuck in Japantown Docks in Down on the Street – for players who already experienced it before update 1.21 and continued playing until 1.22, Takemura will now teleport to Wakako’s parlor.
– Fixed an issue preventing the player from opening the phone in the apartment at the beginning of New Dawn Fades.
– Fixed an issue where the player could become unable to use weapons and consumables after interacting with a maintenance panel in Riders on the Storm.

Visual :
– Fixed various issues related to clipping in NPCs’ clothes.

UI :
– Fixed an issue where subtitles were not properly aligned in the Arabic language version.

Stability and performance :
– Various memory management improvements (reducing the number of crashes), and other optimizations.
Improved GPU performance of skinning and cloth rendering

Console-specific :
– GPU and ESRAM optimizations and improvements on Xbox One.
Memory management improvements on PlayStation 5.

Stadia-specific :
– It’s no longer possible to get soft locked in the key bindings menu if a keyboard is not available

  1. Not too much of a difference in my opinion, but i think this is more of subtle fixes and improvements that aren't noticeable. Not to say they arent there we just dont see them. Not every single patch is gonna have noticeable differences, but that doesn't mean therw arent any changes or improvements

  2. The fact that they are still keeping 40% of staff on bug fixes as of 1.22 indicates that they are still working hard on making it better, but this is way better than it was. Hopefully within another patch or two they will hit where they should have been at launch and can get back on the playstation store to put this shameful disaster behind them.

  4. Cyberpunk is a game that is developed for good hardware it seems like. You need a good PC to run this game somewhat well and a beast of a pc to even attempt high res and settings so the console from 2013 not running it well is not surprising to say the least. Nothing will change this

  5. This is about as much of a "can it run" scenario
    Its expected any older geb hardware will struggle
    Hell even current gen pcs can struggle thier asses off
    This is technically tge next crysus

I still think where at the point where consoles should be held to the the same standards as PC, like no says it's the devs fault when a game isn't working smoothly and they don't have a good enough rig, I don't know maybe it's just me but I feel like it's the same thing with most games in the 6th gen where it was consoles that were holding the games back now we are almost at the same point I can't help but to feel the people complaining are just a bunch of chumps for expecting what was essentially trying to be a next gen game to run on their 8 year old console

  7. In my opinion, the CD Project should create an exclusive big patch for the old gen, which would focus only on performance to make it work well. no bug fixes etc, just performance.

  8. How is it that modders do better at fixes and improvements than the team of dedicated people at CDProjektRed? What are they doing over there, just moving the genital slider back and forth in the character creator with their thumbs up their asses?

People saying pc version is better with mods and all, just stfu we got same vanilla game, empty open world, non existing ai, no interaction with npc, linear story that ain’t that good, no weapon variety or cool cyber ware, shit stealth, same reskinned enemies, dull hacking, barebone FPS, timed dialog doesn’t matter, scripted events, non existing physics, lazy crafting mechanics tied to level, polygon graphics, bad minimap, ugly ui, shit glitching and bugging out, driving is bad, story is only 33 quest long, side quests are just busywork for fixers, side quest for other npcs are short and has no meaning. I could just go on but I think you get the idea. I play on Xbox s and can’t even use shotguns because of FPS drop, the world is empty, driving too fast you fall through earth, what the hell. 60€ for this crap and after 5months it’s still in this state, Sasko whining about people don’t understand how hard is to make a game. I don’t need to I assume you know how, it’s your job man, if I fuck up at my job and whine I would get fired it’s a fucking job mate. If I buy a car and it malfunctions I get compensated, I don’t need to know how hard is it to build one if I pay my own money for broken product. I will not update my game, I saw enough and I appreciate your video, thank you saved me some time, I’ll use it for playing finished games after hard day at work.
