  1. Yeah – i haven't planned on jumping back into the game.. However I also didn't have very high expectations for this patch! I mean what did people expect them to get into the game which they didn't get into the game over the past 2-3 years!?

  2. It still needs much more polish to live up to the initial ambition they had for the game.

I just spent some time interacting with pedestrians, running them over and shooting at them and they still need a much better police system.

They need a wider variety of unique animations.

There's a reason why Rockstar has set the bar so high for open world games.

They are slowly filling the cracks of the foundation of the game, but the house built on that foundation is still a hollow shell.

  3. 1.2 did almost nothing to actually fix the game. Sure the patch notes are long (it's as if they purposefully filled it with garbage to make it seem like they were busy). The game is basically the same as before 1.2.

  5. Car mechanics are still dumb.
GTA 5 was so much fun when you shoot a driving car's tire or the rider inside it and the car would simply loose control which is logical mechanics but that isn't the case with Cyberpunk and it makes this game less immersive. Puncture proof tires 🙄

There are areas which completely look dead with no life in it and it's still the same.

Water textures though was mentioned in the patch is still trash and looks like thin layer of floating glass with no proper interactive animations when you swim🙄 10yr old games had better water textures & interactions.

Another thing that spoils immersion is NPCs stand like statue if you dash them while running or try to block them, like GTA 5 the NPCs would lose their balance if not sometimes even fall when doing it.

Not sure what did they do with driving coz I don't see the difference and it's still not fun inspite of changing the sensitivity.

Performance on my 1660ti laptop is still average with 45-50fps on high medium settings. Textures still don't load well in distance even though game is in SSD.

  6. I don't hate the game, and I've enjoyed playing it, but fixing bugs and controls and even the graphics won't make it a great game. For me, it was never just about the bugs and the graphics but about the overall lack of immersion, depth, roleplay elements, etc. It always felt like it was once meant to be deep roleplay game but was then cut into this mediocre action game. And making this mediocre action game less buggy doesn't turn it into a great game. I love Panam and Judy but the rest of the game is forgettable.
