But, what the fuck is this video about! I didn't understand what's the problem here : that he's staying on the bike? Welcome in a video game, the character reacts to your commands. That he don't float back to the surface automatically? If your lungs are empty enough, you cease moving upward and you even sink. Plus all the cybernetic implants he has on his body and the fact that he clings the bike. That he seems to breath under water? There is an oxygen bar at the top of the screen. Seriously, at this point, I don't even understand what people reproach to Cyberpunk 2077…
