funny that marketing was so much in reverse that it have given me mental breakdown and killed inner fan within me
at least i can say that i have summarized them correctly (based on what little and how they have communicated things)
pc version was (and still is) far from being good
and as for "owning up to that" i still don't see it and celebrating first anniversary with patch dellay is a cruel joke that repeat all pre-release bs
the way i see it they aimed for visuals and ignored content
seeing as they delayed pc requirements for almost as long as final release date and then it turned out to be for new graphics card i would say that it was a huge middle finger to players for some bs inner cooperation (and also reminds about that specially designed graphics card (long long time ago))
3 dlc ….. but i hope that only after game is brought close to what was promised (so in comparison to current state would probably have to be 3 if not 5 times bigger and in some points either updated with additional content or completely rewritten)
car ambushes and hacking game (that made more sense than this free remote access to all magic that is currently in the game) and jackie have car (with horrible bug instead of engine sound) instead of bike that makes more sense since in game he always borrows V's car for dates with misty and humanity levels that at least made some sense for cyberware (instead of like now being more like enchanted piercings) and variety of programings from common to military
saburo was ancient and still implemented and since cyberware is bareilly present and bioware not important even without expectations it feels like total failure
so i'm waiting for return of legends without bs and since it's my right i'm going demand content for complete game
there are barely any choices and consequences are literally gun to your face level of subtle

plan of screwing up seems like the only honest idea so he had to make it look like obvious lie
and favorite quote applies to practically every update so WTF
was promising and hyping flathead more and more till late 2019 (even as merch) and then made so many cuts that it became pointless one time plot device with such poor final implementation that it did not make any sense and i still have idea how to retrieve it without any need to rewrite anything (even if a lot needs to be rewritten)
how about fix that truck and make it her key (for even non-romanceable and not nomad ending) to join aldecaldos
and it's double as insulting since there is barely any variety and no customization
that part about motorcycles
there are trucks that barely fit streets and there are all sizes of drones but because of size motorcycles are so complex
the sheer stupidity of this statement is astonishing
i guess that next game is going to be about bigger vehicles and more acrobatic movements
in big teams trust is irrelevant since everyone (even unintentionally) can f.up
proper oversight and close and efficient cooperation between different departments is what matters
marketing department don't dictate anything but can still recieve valuable feedback from viewers and game development should have a lot to say about marketing so that they won't sell lies that will either ruin reputation or force development team to do last minute changes
so from perspective of someone who worked both in small and big teams (directly and indirectly with customer and between teams) i say that he should be glad to still have job for saying such crap
"trust me i know what i'm doing" will never be good enough (even if coming from veteran) and sometimes fresh (inexperienced) perspective on things can save a lot of time and effort
in one statement he literally admit company wide ignorance and incompetence because apparently it does not matter how you do things but if you do them at all and start working on finalization after release
i can imagine wallrunning being just about extensive use of matis blades (2018 gameplay) and maybe add additional blades for legs (wall details would be barelly of any importance)
with current state of the game it would not cost anything (other than walls and ceilings simply being walls and ceilings (solid structure))
and in the end would be a literal game changer (from climbing to a window and using one (just one) blade for takedown or simply attaching yourself to any kind of vehicle (from car roof to set of jumps between buildings and AV's) … balanced with block of any combat or medical equipment while blades are active
so much water …… water physics and few uniportant and unrewarding close to shore fetch quests and only one actual diving mission with judy with actual item gathering
it smells like fallout 4 where there is a huge amount of water (even diving suit in far harbor) with no meaning only for data miners to learn that there was supposed to be underwater vault and sea creatures (not just rotten corpses on the shore)
some people still see takemura as still loyal servant of saburo because that is all his character have and all he lives for even when kicked out and dishonored
all he care about is to serve saburo and do everything to keep his legacy alive to the point where any mention of anything personal outside of servitude sounds like worthless babble after food poisoning

for all that i care (and i almost don't) it could be announcement for bozos or alias for Santiago Aldecaldo (or some descenden/imitator ) or name of expansion or any king of crap
will continue for as long as it's necessary to deliver on the promise (not specified and there were many promises) so in maybe 2 or 3 decades of uninspired work that will never happen
as i have previously mentioned
with all other legends being so horribly trashed it's ok that he wants to protect his bellowed character and there is nothing wrong with it
and i'm going to state it again
one small thing won't buy my trust when entire game is a bethesda level of joke and still nothing shows effort to to change that
4 good on release games is bare minimum and i don't care about AAA or other crap
bad delayed games are well remembered as industry failures and top indicator of company's worth (as strong as weakest element)
the more they fail the more worthless they are
great romances but let's be honest with one question that i don't expect to ever receive full and honest answer
what was actually cut from start to finish
"too many options" that was a good laugh
and i bet that they were extremely limited with financial situation that they never promoted anywhere (GRRRRRR)
remember when brutal legend was released on consoles and when finally on pc it had all improvements and additional content for free as compensation ….. in this case i doubt if it would ever be released
