Requires tech points. So you're kinda s rowed if you missed in during the mission and spec'd into other things

I believe Errata is the best in slot for end game. Unless you use a build which guarantees critical hits anyway.
If you're watching this after you've already done Judy's questline and don't have 20tech there is a door glitch that allows you to get in. I found it on YouTube the creator is Teddy if you search for "Cyberpunk door glitch"
