Enjoying it in 500$ on ps5, i g ur pc will be more than 1500$
If you play it on 3090 you should include Surfaces mod that have better textures for the game at cost of Vram usage that wont bother you. Also some LoD booster and weather changer for additional details. Its good already but you could enhance it further.
i love car driving on this game more than gta v because gta has a decreased engine sound. why rockstar can't fixed it idk..
