    YOU CAN SWAP PAIN EDITOR WITH " cogito lattice " if still not enough capacity you can make custom changes (FRONTAL CORTEX , SKELETON , STABBER CYBERWARE , SHOCK-N-AWE CYBERWARE , BLOOD PUMP CYBERWARE , BIO MONITOR CYBERWARE) ARE IMPORTANT THO , Also i would not recommend removing electric projectile launch system as it stuns your enemy very useful

  4. Well attributes/perk tree is the main factor, but it is missing.. I guess you maxed out int, reflex, tech and dump the rest into body, nothing on cool. Perk points mostly on int ram and nothing on smart weapon side. Reflex everything on dashes and katana skill tree, and everyrhing in tech items+cyberware skill tree, but it looks like you have some body perks too, which either needs you to farm the perk shard for literal 100s of hours, or just use rhe console to hack it in if you're in PC.
